Sip on a cup of yak butter tea and enjoy a picnic lunch in a black felt tent admiring the beauty that can be found all around. Savour some local dishes and drink fresh yak milk as you communicate with the local herdsmen on their love of nature and their nomadic lifestyle. Mountains, grasslands, winding streams, and laterite soil give this vast area its unique charm. Eagles soar high in the sky and you may accidentally stumble into some wild ducks or witness plateau pikas running through the hundreds of holes found in the ground.
